The Enk winery cultivates around 6 hectares of vineyards, which corresponds to around 24,000 vines. White grape varieties dominate, with red grape varieties accounting for around 30% of the vineyard area. The grape varieties cultivated include Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Bacchus, Kerner, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Portugieser and Dornfelder.
