The Gänz family's organic winery and country hotel is located in a picturesque wine region between Rheinhessen and the Nahe valley. For over 25 years, the Gänz family has been running their family winery in a controlled organic manner and is certified according to the strict guidelines of Bioland. Siblings Peter and Sarah Gänz have taken over the business from their parents and are continuing the tradition established by generations before them.
The winery offers a window to nature, with wines from artisanal, organic cultivation. The wines are unique and bear the signature of the family. Located amidst sun-drenched hills near Bad Kreuznach, where the grapes for their high-quality organic wines ripen. The region offers a Mediterranean panorama, while the Nahe river carves its way through dreamy meadows and impressive rock faces.
The hotel offers an ideal place to relax, and not just for wine lovers. The region is considered a scenic gem in Germany with romantic, untouched nature. The nearby spa town of Bad Kreuznach is known for its healing air, numerous wellness and health offers as well as beautiful parks around the Nahe river.
